Things to "Understand".

1. Anger is a tool, to be used occasionally/wisely not frequently.
2. Stress is a trigger for achieving goals Do not be over-stressed. Take Stress where it is needed.
3. The past has been over, Don't live in there. Living in the past leads to Depression. Not a healthy sign.
4. Live in the Present moment, this will define your "Future"
5. Learn Emotional Intelligence. 

Things to Do.

1. Stop Wheat and Wheat products at every cost.
2. Stop Sugar and Sugar products at every cost.
3. Stop Milk and Milk Products at every cost.
4. Stop sitting the whole day/sedentary jobbers etc, stand and move after every hour.
5. Stop following diet plans, energy-boosting drinks/products, etc.

Vigorously to Do at Every Cost.

1. Eat two times a meal and eat only when you feel hungry.
2. Chew a minimum for 20 minutes and then engulf.
3. Hydrate yourself, 
4. Daily walk a minimum 30 minutes to a good level of 60 minutes.
5. Breath through your nose not by your mouth. The mouth is meant for eating not for breathing. 

What to Eat?

1. Eat millet (Proso Millet, Foxtail Millet, Barnyard Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum) instead of Wheat. 
2. Fresh fruits and raw vegetables that suit you. Or you love to eat.
3. Slightly use meat (Birds meat, Cattle meat, seafood) whatever is your choice
4. Suitable use of Fats like Desi ghee, Coconut oil, Sunflower oil, and Hemp seed oil.
5. Vegetable soups regularly and bone broths from time to time.
