 How to cook millet.

 If you have peeled millets, wash and soak them in water for at least 6-8 hours.

If you are with peels/shells, first peel off with the help of a grinder, the method is to fill half of the grinder jar, then run lightly with pulse method, run for 2-3 seconds then turn off then run then turn off. Do this 12 times or carry on until millets are hulled and then apply air to separate the millets from the shells. 100% peel will not come off, a little will be left, so it is tolerable, now soak the cleaned millet in water for at least 6-8 hours.

100 grams per person is enough for two times.

Now boil the soaked millets and cook them. Take 600 grams of water for 100 grams of millet for boiling, meaning if there is one cup then add 6 cups of water and boil it, millet will be cooked. Add some salt as per your taste, black pepper as per your taste, some cinnamon, fennel, cloves little by little. Millets are cooked and ready. If you don't want to eat like this, add whatever is prepared at home and eat it with pleasure.

You can add chicken, mutton qorma, potatoes, or whatever is cooked at home and enjoy it.
